Goal Setting 

When you awake in the morning and look forward to your day, what activities do you consider your favorite things to do? Who do you want to join you in those activities, and how do you want to feel while performing them? 

How hard do you want to work towards your goal? What is it really worth to you? How soon do you need to attain it? 


These are important questions to consider for our first meeting. Based off what you feel you need and want for your health and quality of life is what I will base our training sessions around. Once your

 goals are decided, we will set an action plan to meet and exceed them. 

Being an outdoor enthusiast, and healthy lifestyle activist, I find enjoyment helping people find and achieve their potential. Personal training has allowed me the opportunity to educate many people through the years on how to live a healthy lifestyle. Whether running a race, volunteering at a race, fundraising for a charity, or just actively recreating, leading by example has always been one of my best attributes.

Through encouragement, creativity, patience, and persistence, I will work hard to help you begin, re-start, and/ or continue on your path to greater health. My history, passion and dedication are derived from various experiences and successful endeavors from helping individuals with various medical complications, to training first-time 5K, 

marathon and ultra runners and Iron-Man competitors. No goal is too big or too small. Weight Watchers Walk-It 5K challenge was on of the most fun group events Paul has participated in.  

About Paul Serafini


I found my way into the fitness career through watching my father battle poor health most of his life. Surviving open heart surgery at 35 years old in 1969, and later again in 1980, he was already behind the 8-ball of poor health. I studied, and researched different concepts through the years to help him, and prevent my potential genetic future. My thought has always been, if I follow a healthier action plan, and become educated on the best preventive measure available, hopefully I can prevent following in his genetic footsteps. Fast forward to the current day, he has passed on, but the lessons learned through consults with his doctors, and other health professionals will allow me to help many others in need. My goal is to be the oldest Serafini that ever lived, my Grandma recently turned 101, so help me help you attain a life of longevity and good health.


Personal Training Options


Sport Specific Coordination Training: This option is available for Triathlon, Marathon, Hiking, as well as many other sports. Young athletes can make fast gains in their sports through Sports Specific Coordination Training. The goal of this is to make you safer, stronger, and more confident in your sport of choice.   

Weight Loss TrainingThis is a targeted program designed to teach you healthy exercise habits, nutrition habits, and mental strategies to attain your goal. Whatever the weight issue, we will work together to get it where you feel it needs to be.  

Session Rates All rates are based on training in your home, or at a local park. I can also train you at your gym with clearance from your gym, and you cover any fees the gym may require. Rates listed cover whatever your goals are. 

Private1 on 1 in Home, or at Park Personal Training.  In home within 5 mile radius of a Bungee Bootcamp Park. 

1 session $75


 2-10 sessions $60 each, 

11-25 sessions $55 each

 25-50 sessions $50 each.  

Personal Training Special 

Buy any package of 25 or more Personal Training Sessions, and get 8 sessions free. 

If you have a financial hardship, and need the training for medical reasons, we can work out other options. By using the referral bonus you can save money on your training sessions, and help others gain better health as well. Please contact me privately about these options. 


On Call Personal TrainingThis option is for the busy person with a crazy schedule. Call 3 hours prior to wanting to work out and if available we meet at a convenient location and train. This helps to avoid cancellations and allows for flexibility of schedule to it's fullest. If you cannot keep a regular schedule due to work and family obligations, this plan is for you. 

Semi-Private: 2 to 6 Small group Team Training.  The rate for this is $20 additional per attendee to the private rate. (example: person 1 bought 2 sessions @ $60 each, 3 friends join in and the total is $120) 

Initial 1 on 1 consult: This is a meeting between you and I for about 1 hour at a pre-determined location. Here we will go over your goals, medical conditions, history, and determine if we will be a good fit for each other. Our meeting will answer all questions that we may have for each other, and should we go forward this fee will be deducted from your first package of 5 or more sessions.  

Fitness Evaluation $45/ $25This is a complete circumference measurement, Caliper Body fat analysis to determine body fat composition, flexibility test, nutrition evaluation, and balance, endurance, power, speed test. This test takes approximately 1 hour, and a 1 week food log/ chart is required prior to taking it. 

$25 for all follow up measurements once initial is completed.
