Waiver and Health History questionnaire need to be filled out prior to starting class. Please fill out the information page, and you will be E-mailed the required forms. Bring these forms filled out with you on your first day with your payment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Who: All abilities will have a fun challenging time. Ages 15 and up with parent, 18 and up on your own. You're never to fast, slow, strong, old, funny, big, little, or ugly to join us. Everybody works up a good sweat and laugh at the same time. Well behaved dogs are also welcome, and some even get a good exercise hour in themselves.
When: Monday through Friday, 1 hour class. Rain or shine!! Unless heavy downpours or muddy field conditions. During light rain or muddy field conditions we will be on the Basketball court or under the pavilion. An Email or Text early on days that need to be cancelled.
Where: White Ash Mine park in Golden from 5:45am-7am, Monday-Friday. We meet at the lower parking lot.
Cost: $150 per 4 weeks/ 5 times per week, (that's only $7.50 per class based on 20 sessions/ 4 weeks)
