Bootcamp Class Description

When you attend the Denver's 3rd best Bootcamp Class, you can expect a 5-10 minute warmup followed by a 45 minute exercise routine, finished with group stretching. All of the following class styles will be varied week to week and day to day in this bootcamp class. Upon creating mass confusion to the muscles and neurological connections, we keep the participants safe from overuse injuries, and maintain a high metabolic rates. This Denver Boot Camp class will help take your fitness to a new level. 

 You will get out of this bootcamp class exactly what you put into it, so push hard and enjoy it.

Class Styles: We focus on 5 different styles of classes; H.I.I.T. class, Body Power, Eischens Yoga, Tandem Bungee, Funny Feet, and Tarpass. Each targeting different muscle groups, fiber types, and neuro-muscular connections. The classes are interchanged daily to keep the muscles and participants actively confused thus allowing growth and increasing calorie consumption.

Funny Feet- Designed by the Japanese Olympic Marathon team coaches, these moves were designed to help prevent knee, ankle, and hip issues. Done often enough you will notice a change over a short period of time.

Tandem Bungee- Tandem Bungee class is designed to work you and a partner in a host of different directions while either working with or against the resistance of the tandem bungee. This class will definitely bring out the laughter from most all participants. 

H.I.I.T Class- High Intensity Interval Training class is designed to strengthen the cardio vascular system while working fast-twitch muscle fibers and burning fat. High Intensity Interval Training has been proven to burn up to 146% more calories than steady heart rate training. 

Body Power Class- This class is designed to work strength, stability, balance and slow twitch muscle fibers.

Eischens Yoga
- This class is designed to increase Neuro-muscular awareness through targeted movements and stationary but very active poses. This is a great beginning-recovery workout for your week. 

Tarpass Training- This exercise style was designed by the Japanese Olympic Coaches and is proven to build both anaerobic and aerobic threshold levels simultaneously. 

Backyard Bungee Bootcamp- Have a Bungee Bootcamp class in your backyard. Only $125 for an hour! Fill it with 20 of your favorite friends, and get an hour of fun exercise in your backyard. Be sure your group is ready to go when I arrive.

Required GearTrail running shoes or sneakersfull water bottle, gloves (open or closed finger), SweatWipe, 5-10lb soft medicine ball (not a bouncy one), a sense of humor, towel, Yoga mat, and a smile.

Waiver and Health History questionnaire need to be filled out prior to starting class. Please fill out the information page, and you will be E-mailed the required forms.  Bring these forms filled out with you on your first day with your payment. 

 You will be kicking like a Mummy, not Jumping like Jack! You'll be pushing hard and not always pushing up. When your core is worked with humor and challenge instead of old fashioned crunches you'll be amazed with the results. Healthy Holiday Fitness challenge
The Challenge has started. You can still join in until December 2nd.
The parameters are simple, balance, speed, strength, and weight. Through 6 simple tests, you'll have a baseline, you predict your total average % change, and on January 6th we will re-test. The closest predictions will get a prize, the largest % change will get the grand prize. All you need to do is attend 1 Bungee Bootcamp class a week, make a reasonable prediction, and work hard.
