When you attend the Denver's 3rd best Bootcamp Class, you can expect a 5-10 minute warmup followed by a 45 minute exercise routine, finished with group stretching. All of the following class styles will be varied week to week and day to day in this bootcamp class. Upon creating mass confusion to the muscles and neurological connections, we keep the participants safe from overuse injuries, and maintain a high metabolic rates. This Denver Boot Camp class will help take your fitness to a new level.

Class Styles: We focus on 5 different styles of classes; H.I.I.T. class, Body Power, Eischens Yoga, Tandem Bungee, Funny Feet, and Tarpass. Each targeting different muscle groups, fiber types, and neuro-muscular connections. The classes are interchanged daily to keep the muscles and participants actively confused thus allowing growth and increasing calorie consumption.
